Delete your account
This removes your profile and personal details for good. The matches you played in stay on the record, with your name taken off them.
Checking whether you're signed in…
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, photo, city, date of birth and any profile details.
- Your player preferences, such as batting or bowling style.
- Your notifications, and every device you are signed in on.
What stays
Scorecards belong to everyone who played in the match, not only to you. Deleting your account cannot rewrite them — a match would lose its batter or its bowler, and every other player's statistics would change. So the entries stay and your name comes off them: wherever you used to appear, the scorecard reads Deleted user instead.
Nothing links those entries back to you afterwards. Your phone number is released, so it can be used to sign up again — that would be a new account, starting empty.
Deleting from the app
You can do the same thing inside the Android app: open Profile, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account.
If you need help
If you cannot sign in — you have lost the number, or you are not receiving the code — email support@sportsscorer.in from any address and tell us the phone number on the account. We will verify it belongs to you and delete it for you.
