Reporting a problem
The more of this you include, the faster we can fix it:
- A link to the tournament, match, or profile where it happened
- What you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when
- Whether you were on the Android app or the web, and your phone model if relevant
- A screenshot, if you have one
Please don't put your OTP code in an email — we never need it, and no one from SportsScorer will ever ask for it.
Privacy, grievances, and data deletion
Requests about your personal data — including deleting your account, removing a stub profile created about you, or raising a grievance — go to the same address. Our privacy policy explains what we hold and how these requests are handled.
